The Sourcing Leadership Seminar is dedicated to HR, Talent Acquisition and Talent Resourcing Leaders who either want to build a sourcing capability from scratch or seek inspiration to improve and innovate their existing sourcing operations.
During the below curriculum we’ll go through every aspect of Sourcing Leadership: from conceptual and strategic questions till the very hands on, operational topics as well.
OVERVIEW
We kick off the Sourcing Leadership Seminar with a personal consultation with you. You bring your most important topic that you want to focus on during the Seminar and together with us, we set the scene to draw the business case from it.
After this 1-on-1 consultation, you join the five Sourcing Leadership Seminar classes. We talk about every aspect of sourcing leadership, such as:
- Understanding Your Company's Sourcing Need
- Building A Sourcing Function
- Managing A Sourcing Function
- Improving Your Sourcing Tech Stack
- Future Sourcing Modeling
After the classes, we continue working together with you on your business case. This again will be a 1-on-1 consultation with your mentors. We help you build your strategy and complete your solution that you can start implementing within your company after the Seminar.
Once all is done, we finish the Sourcing Leadership Seminar with a team presentation where the members of the sourcing leadership group share their findings and strategies with each other.

A model that works for one company may not be the ideal solution for another. Managing a sourcing function is one of the most challenging jobs within Talent Acquisition. Also, we cover Sourcing Analytics (Reporting & Measurement) during this time. A geeky-techy class but probably one of the most important within the course.

Where is sourcing heading? What are the trends that we see arising on the global markets? How do other companies structure and innovate their sourcing organizations? This class is all about future – which might be already almost-presence to some of you. It’s crucial to see the big picture from a distance so that you can better prepare for tomorrow’s challenges and innovations. We’ll have two fantastic sourcing leaders joining us on this class as guest. A class with many great surprises!
